Terms of Service

HistChat provides tools for indexing and searching supported AI conversation history, organizing conversations, saving prompts, and exporting conversations.

Functionality may evolve over time as the product develops and supported platforms change.

You must provide accurate account information where an account is required, maintain control of your account, and use the service lawfully.

HistChat integrates with third-party AI platforms. Those platforms can change their APIs, user interfaces, access behavior, or availability in ways HistChat does not control.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the third-party services you use with HistChat.

You agree not to use HistChat to:

• violate the law or third-party rights;
• abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• introduce malicious code or use the service maliciously; or
• reverse engineer the service where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You remain responsible for the conversations, prompts, exports, and other content you access, organize, or create through HistChat.

HistChat does not claim ownership of your AI conversation content. HistChat also does not determine ownership rights in content generated or hosted by third-party AI platforms.

HistChat may offer Free, Pro, Lifetime, or other plan options. Free plans may have usage or feature limits. Pro and Lifetime plans may provide additional capabilities.

Pricing may change for future purchases. Existing entitlement treatment is subject to the plan purchased.

"Lifetime" means access to the applicable HistChat Pro features for as long as HistChat continues to offer and operate the applicable service. It does not guarantee that the service will exist indefinitely or include every future product or feature.

Paid transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize applicable charges for the plan selected.

Features may change, and third-party platform changes may affect functionality. Temporary interruptions may occur, and HistChat does not provide an uptime guarantee.

The HistChat website, extension, software, design, and branding belong to HistChat or its operator, excluding user content and third-party trademarks, platforms, and services.

To the extent permitted by law, HistChat is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HistChat and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be restricted for abuse or serious violation of these terms.

These terms may change as the product and its features evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
